She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Steibel and Naoma Steibel. She is survived by: her husband Vernon H. Minnemann; her daughter Darla Faye; her son-in-law Jim Baker of Red Bud, Illinois; and her sister Fay Stamm. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews, as well as many cherished friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly invites memorial contributions in Carla's honor to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.
