She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Steibel and Naoma Steibel. She is survived by: her husband Vernon H. Minnemann; her daughter Darla Faye; her son-in-law Jim Baker of Red Bud, Illinois; and her sister Fay Stamm. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews, as well as many cherished friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Pechacek Funeral Homes - Red Bud (1340 W Market St, Red Bud, IL 62278). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly invites memorial contributions in Carla's honor to the American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.
