He is survived by: his wife Carol Mathews; his daughters, Angela Rogers (Brian) of New Baden, Illinois, Stefanie Moos (Jim) of Leawood, Kansas and Leah Brewer (Aaron) of Brentwood, Missouri; his grandchildren, Alex Peek (Zach), Emma Rogers, Ashlyn Moos, Trevor Moos, Eve Brewer and Josie Kate Brewer; his great grandchild Carter Peek; and his siblings, Johnny Mathews (Shirley) of Prairie du Rocher, Terry Mathews (Roselyn) of Waterloo, Illinois, Patti Stirnaman (Dave) of Waterloo, Illinois and Elaine Kistner (Gary) of St. Charles. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
