He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Baetz and Mabel Baetz (Walker). He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Kathleen Baetz (Voges); his children, Susan Wearmoth (Craig), David Baetz (Val), Mike Baetz (Deb), Diane Neubauer (Steve), Suzanne Hill (Tim), Marion Baetz and Joe Baetz (Gloria); and his sister Lois Carson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorials in Norman's honor are encouraged to be made to the Saint Clair County Amateur Radio Club, The Hearing Loss Association of America or the American Lung Association.
