He was predeceased by: his father Leroy Brunkhorst; his former wife Sandra "Sandy" Juelfs; his son Todd Anthony Brunkhorst; his stepson Alec Ninker; his in-laws, Gene and Shirley Juelfs; and his nieces, Kim and Beth Guebert.
He is survived by: his mother Lois Brunkhorst; his wife Gina Reinhold; his children, Josh Brunkhorst (Heather) and Nicole (Brett); his stepdaughters, Jessa and Jaydian Montroy (Chase Young); his daughter-in-law Maryanna Wienbroeer; his grandchildren, Kaliana, Kaisley and Keegan Brunkhorst; his sisters, Cindy and Rhonda; and his pets, Harley David, Milo James and Maddie Mae. He is also survived by Several Brothers-in-law, Sisters-in-law, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
