He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Dale" King and Emma "Mickey" King; his sister Kathryn King; and his brother-in-law Ira Reed. He is survived by: his sisters, Jane Houberg (Larry) and Patricia Reed; and his nieces and nephews, Joshua Houberg (Hillary), Luke Houberg (Sarah), Sara Jane Jacobs (Michael) and Megan Davis (Kirt). He is also survived by eight great nephews; and two great nieces.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Altar and Rosary, Reddick; Uplifted Care; or a charity of the donor's choice in keeping with Joe's spirit of service.
