He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvitore Mazzamuto and Vita Mazzamuto (Conigiro); and his son Salvatore Mazzamuto. He is survived by: his children, Vince Mazzamuto of Chicago, Vita Mazzamuto of Pennsylvania, Elena Mazzamuto of Wilmington, Geatano Mazzamuto of Reddick and Melodia Mazzamuto of Manteno, Illinois; his grandchildren, Elliana, Michael, Ava, Myla and Sofia; his sister Rosa Mazzamuto; and his nieces, Rosavita and Michela.
