He was predeceased by: his father Alan Anthony. He is survived by: his mother Marcia Anthony (Ben); his wife Shelley Anthony; his daughters, Autumn Anthony (Shaun Miggins) and Hailee Anthony; his granddaughter Bailey; and his brothers, Michael Anthony and Phil Anthony (Heather). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
