He is survived by: his wife Susan Meguffy of Reynolds, IL; his children, Emily Whipple (Chad) of Sherrard, IL and Ryan Meguffy (Jessica) of Reynolds, IL; his grandchildren, Kaden, Trevin and Grace; his siblings, Kelly Meguffy (Maggie) of East Moline, IL, Margaret "Meg" Woolsey (Terry) of Cambridge, IL and Patrick Meguffy (Mary) of Milan, IL; and his sister-in-law Bev Meguffy of Hillsdale, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
