She is survived by: her husband Charles Powers; her children, Ashley Kopecky (Joseph) and Charles Powers (Angela); her grandchildren, Charlie, Jordyn, Rachel and Emily; and her siblings, Thomas Welter and Greg Welter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
