He is survived by: his wife Sharon Slayton; his children, Donyal Clark (Cheryl) of Clarksville, Scott Slayton (Patricia) of Litchfield and Melissa Hart (Daniel) of Okawville; his grandchildren, Ashley Sieb (Travis Lynn), Tiffany Clark, Nathen Clark, Demetria Selmic, Terry Bates, Shelly Bates, Austin Hart and Dustin Hart; his great grandchildren, Aurora Sieb, Ki Clark, Roy Glasco, Danielle Glasco, Heaven Glasco and Alissa Hart; and his brother Paul Slayton (Pam) of Point Pleasant, Missouri.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
