She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald James Horn and Clara Mae Sanders; and her siblings, Jackie Freeman and Eddie Myers. She is survived by: her daughter Chartruce Powell (Dennis). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several church friends.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to go to Longview Bank in memory of Kathy Ireland, in care of Chartruce Powell.
