She was predeceased by: her parents, T. Monroe Horton and Wilma L. Horton of Ridgeway Illinois. She is survived by: her husband Stanley Patton of Mount Vernon, Illinois.; her children, Sherri'Patton' Fielden (Danny) of Olney, Gary Patton (Lisa) of Floridia, Chris Goebel of Harrisburg and Shelly'Goebel'Keeneth of Mount Vernon, Illinois.; and her grandchildren, Maggie McKnight (Adam), Kirk Patton (Lauren), Addie Patton, Audie Goebel, Fischer Goebel, Kyle Keeneth and Katie Keeneth.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cox & Son Funeral Home (209 S Jarrell St, Ridgway, IL 62979). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
