Vernon, Indiana; his daughter Amberly McClusky; his granddaughter Ivy of Norris City, Illinois; his stepdaughters, Tara Raben Sales of Evansville and Erin Moss (Erik) of Harrisburg, Illinois; his nephews, Brandon Moore (Lisa) of Junction and Patrick Rigsby of Evansville, Indiana; and his niece Lexi Rigsby of New York City.
