She was predeceased by : her grandmother Betty Jo Roark; and her father Vince Drone. She is survived by : her husband Nick Sisk; her mother Jan Phillips (Drone); her parents-in-law, Frank and Denise Sisk; her children, Cade Hopson and Mia Sisk; and her siblings, Blake Drone (Sarah) and Randi Vickery (Drone).

In honor of Jayla's memory, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Mia Sisk educational fund in Lieu of flowers.
