She was predeceased by : her parents, Essie Millikan and Pilkinton; her husband William A. O'Neal; and her sons, Frank O'Neal and William Jeffrey O'Neal.
She is survived by : her daughter Barbara (Rick Hunt); her grandchildren, Nicholas Hunt (Jaclyn), Jared Hunt (Ashley) and Jesse O'Neal; her great grandchildren, Claire Hunt, Caroline Hunt, Cora Hunt, Carson Hunt, Avery Hunt and Harper Hunt; and her sister Wilma Hoimer of Cave-In.
