It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dana Johnson of Rinard, Illinois, who passed away on March 25, 2026, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Maitland and Betty Mae Flexter; and her siblings, Matt, Mike and Donnie Flexter.
She is survived by: her siblings, George Flexter (Kim) and Terri Lence (William Johnson); her daughter Amanda Harper (Brian); her stepson Craig Johnson; her grandchildren, Kayla Johnson, Keagan Johnson, Caelen Harper, Delia Harper and Elowyn Harper; and her great grandchildren, Brandon Romo and Ayanna Johnson.
In lieu of flowers or other gifts the family asks for memorial donations to the Flora Academic Foundation in honor of Dana's love of children and servitude to others.
