She was predeceased by : her parents, Bernard Tintera and Virginia Tintera. She is survived by : her husband Chip; her children, Matthew Frederick (Erin), Anna Henderson (Sam) and Clare Frederick (Dan Cooper); her grandchildren, Adelle, Meara and Teagan Frederick; her children, Amelia, Mitchell Henderson and Alina Cooper; and her siblings, Pamela Hobelman (Jim), Robert Tintera, Tom Tintera and Julie Powers (Glenn). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations in her memory may be made to the Lou and Jean Malnati Brain Tumor Institute at Northwestern Medicine.
