He is survived by: his mother Diane Anderson; his wife Patricia "Patsy" Anderson; his daughters, Emily Anderson (Adam Zamora) and Vanessa Anderson (Brian Dubiel); his grandchildren, Brenna Dubiel, Nathan Zamora, Russell Dubiel and Etta Dubiel; his siblings, Susan Nolte (Phil) and Michael Anderson (April); and his brother-in-law Frank Honsa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Jay's memory to cancer research at the University of Chicago Medical Center.
