He was predeceased by: his daughter Elizabeth Lacey; his parents, Dr. Paul Fox and Mardie Fox; and his siblings, Elizabeth "Libby" Fox, Sheila McLaughlin (William) and Paul Fox (late Sue).

He is survived by: his wife Ramona; his children, Laura Wagner (Tim), Katherine Fox and Steve; his grandchildren, Shea, Quinn, Michael Wagner, Thomas, Maeve and Luke Dickson; and his siblings, Alice McMahon (Pete Mavrelis) and James Fox (Penny Hamilton).
