She was predeceased by : her father Martin Shanahan (Hermann); her former life partner Thomas P. Hamilton; her sister Maryann Shanahan McCullough; and her brother-in-law William McCullough. She is survived by : her husband Kevin Walsh; her daughters, Mary Keiser (Dylan) of River Forest and Kit Hamilton; her grandchildren, Grace, Annie, Molly, Tommy and Ryan; and her siblings, Martin Shanahan Jr. (Kathy), Colleen Williams (Ralph), Dan Shanahan (Vicki), Deidre Connolly (Tom), Tim Shanahan (Rada), Kitti Shanahan McSorley, Micheal Shanahan (Lisa) and Matthew Shanahan.
