We are sad to announce that, on August 29, 2025, at the age of 78, Michael Kaufman MD of River Forest, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Kaufman and James Kaufman. He is survived by: his wife Jill Zucker; his brothers, David (Rita) and John Kaufman (Glenda); his children, Jamie (Jana), Adam (Emily), Lea (Jason) and Elizabeth (Christopher); and his grandchildren, Genevieve, Alexander, Talia, Elke, Nora, Benjamin, Ariana and Evan.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society.
