She is survived by: her husband Nearl Turner; her daughter Terita Irvin (Frederick); her siblings, Frank Hajek (Lisa), Joseph Hajek (Lori), Thomas Hajek, John Hajek, Karen Papanicholas (Nick) and Gail Divis; and her grandchildren, Kaylen Irvin, Candace Irvin and Isaiah Irvin.
