The passing of Joseph E. Kosey Jr. of Riverside, Illinois leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 28, 2025 at the age of 82. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife JoAnne M. Kosey; his sibling Russell Kosey (Elaine); and his brother-in-law Joseph P. Glimco Jr. (late Maggie). He is survived by: his children, Michael C. Kosey (Pamela) and Christina M. Duve (Eric); his grandchildren, Stephanie M. Duve-Sylvester (Tyler), Elena Duve, Max Duve, Parker Kosey and McKenna Kosey; and his great grandchildren, Henrik Sylvester and Keller Sylvester.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Ivins-Moravecek Funeral Home (80 E Burlington St, Riverside, IL 60546). A prayer will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (105 Herrick Rd, Riverside, IL 60546).
