He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Richards; his children, William, Ryan, Ellie and Erin Richards; his parents, Nancy Richards and Melvin Richards; his siblings, Juliana Tonkin (Jeff), Paul Richards (Karen) and Timothy Richards (Heather); and his siblings-in-law, William Richardson (Elizabeth), Kathleen Gronert (John), Anne Ghizzone (Nicholas), Jennifer Richardson, James Richardson (Basia) and Thomas Richardson (Tiffany). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home (10501 W Cermak Rd, Westchester, IL 60154). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (126 Herrick Rd, Riverside, IL 60546).
