In the sacred silence of farewell, Virginia is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Virginia's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Edward and Margaret Mary Bigane; and her siblings, John E. Bigane, III, Elizabeth M. Bigane and James A. Bigane (late Maureen).
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary McGlone (James), Susan Sheehy (Maury) and Michael Bigane.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Ivins-Moravecek Funeral Home (80 E Burlington St, Riverside, IL 60546). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (105 Herrick Rd, Riverside, IL 60546). A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (6001 W 111th St, Alsip, IL 60803).
