He is survived by: his spouse Maripat Scanlon; his children, Jacqueline Lurie (Michael), Courtenay Erb (Edward), Alyson Scanlon and Blake Scanlon (Anne); his grandchildren, Bradford Lurie (Samantha), Blaire Lurie, Sheridan Lurie, Laramie Scanlon, Colin Scanlon, Nolan Scanlon and Cassidy Erb; his great grandchild Margot Lurie; and his sisters, Mary Catherine Durkin (late John) and Noreen Cherep (late Philip).
