She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ann Webster, John Thomas and Joli DeVoss. She is survived by: her parents, Krissin Anne Padgett and Chad Justin Staples; her son Axel Allen Hartline; her close friend Rodney Hartline, Jr.; her siblings, Gabriel Richardson (Skyla Jewell), Clair Cowan (Justin Miller), Allyson Padgett and Ivy Padgett; her nephew Jenssen Miller; and her aunt Tanya Disbrow (Eric Bell).
A reception will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home (437 S Grand Ave W, Springfield, IL 62704).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to her GoFundMe or to Bree's family c/o Vancil-Murphy Funeral Home to establish an education fund for Axel.
