She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Grubbs and Henrietta Grubbs (Bateman); her son Seth Tavine; and her brother Timothy Grubbs. She is survived by: her daughters, Jill Tavine (Joe Bickhaus) of Springfield and Leah Stutler (Sean) of Chatham; her grandsons, Mason and Jackson Stutler; and her siblings, Mary Jo Pepelea (Art) of Anderson, IN, Kathy Hanson (Tony) of Danville, Nancy Cowan (Bob) of Springfield and John Grubbs (Colleen) of Naperville. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Alzheimer's Association.
