He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary "Peg" McCloughan and Langham "Mac" McCloughan; and his sons, Stephen and Anthony. He is survived by: his wife Maria McCloughan; his children, Jessica Betz (Joe), Stephanie Richardson (Brad Loveless) and Christopher McCloughan; his grandchildren, Baylie (Aaron), Wyatt, Hailie, Boe and Evelyn; and his siblings, Curt McCloughan (Melody), Kevin McCloughan (Johnna), Craig McCloughan, Lana McCloughan and Kim McCloughan.
