He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Keafer and Donna Keafer (Gifford); and his siblings, Autumn Sinkhorn and Bruce Keafer. He is survived by: his wife Lucinda "Cindy" Merritt; his children, Heather Bates (Andrew Frey) of Riverton, IL, Kyle Keafer (Betty) of Riverton, IL and Scott Keafer (Savannah) of Cantrall, IL; and his sisters, Kelly Bushnell (late Don) of O'Fallon, IL and Lori Kluge (Glenn) of Jacksonville, IL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
