With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Tony L. Robertson of Riverton, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Tony's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Tony's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may he find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Robertson and Margaret J. Robertson (Reynolds); his wife Margaret "Marilyn" Dasher; his daughter Jennifer Taylor; and his brothers, Andrew and Robert "Esty" Robertson.
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Harris (Tim Kane) of Sherman; and his grandson Jared Harris (Alexis McClure) of Taylorville.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Wolf Creek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
