She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Ulmer and Sarah Ulmer (Clark); and her brother Michael Davis. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie Brecklin (Dustin) and Michael Howard; her grandchildren, Paige, Kaeden Brecklin, Mikayla and Briella Howard; and her siblings, Kathy Kelch (Bill) and Ronnie Ulmer (Jeanne). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Deiters Funeral Home and Crematory (2075 Washington Rd, Washington, IL 61571). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to any Easter Seals Chapter or Roanoke Fire Department.
