He is survived by: his former wife Francene "Cindy" Oakleaf Otto; his children, Lora Lage (Scott Edgar), Michael Otto and Dan Otto; his grandchildren, Brad Vaughn (Ellen), Lauren Lemenager (Adam), Austin, Alec Otto, Dylan, Seth and Liam Otto; his great grandchildren, Colt, Cade, Clay, Ember Lemenager, Stella and Brie Vaughn; Laura Hicks of Fisher, Tim Bishop of Paxton, Tina White of Charleston and Richard Dean Bishop Jr..
