He was predeceased by: his son Jeffery Flessner; and his sister Joan Oster. He is survived by: his sons, John Flessner of Champaign, Joseph Flessner of Champaign and James Flessner (Rebecca) of Paxton; his grandchildren, Ariel Denault (Axl) of Paxton, Austin Flessner (Taylor Nelson) of Forrest, Autumn DeYoung (Rudy) of Donovan and Alexis Burr (Colton) of St. Joseph; his great grandchildren, Xander, Isabella, Amberley, Gavin, Layla, Beckett and Hunter; and his sister Evelyn Laubscher (Alan) of Crescent City.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or to the Roberts-Melvin Fire Protection District.
