As Coleen departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Coleen may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Coleen leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Randal "Pete" Napier and Patsy Murphy (Hogan). She is survived by: her daughters, Shiloh Parker (Kyle) of Robinson and Kristen Roach (Hayley) of Lincoln, Illinois; her siblings, Rick Napier (Debra) of Annapolis, IL, Randy Napier (Amy) of Annapolis, IL and Peggy Smith of Annapolis, IL; and her grandchildren, Clayton Roach, Kreighton Parker and Presley Parker.
