She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Highsmith and May Highsmith (Hayes); her husband James "Bud" Brackett; her daughter Susie Brackett; and her brother Charles Highsmith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many special friends.
Memorials may be made to the "Otterbein United Methodist Church", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
