He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Orville Stanley and Hattie Mae Osborn; his wife Marylin Faye Knapp; and his sisters, Kathleen Helen Kenefake and Mary Ellen "Jane" Sult.
He is survived by: his children, Jay Stanley, Christie Noblitt and Matt Stanley; and his stepdaughter Kim Knapp. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
