He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Bailey and Mary Bailey (Holt); his wife Betty (Pope); and his brother Tom Bailey. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Bailey; his siblings, Robert Bailey and Joyce; and his brother-in-law Joel Cole. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM at the Jim's Home.
