Keri leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Keri’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Keri will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her mother Gayle Sanders. She is survived by: her husband James Schacht; her children, Leah Schacht and Justin Schacht; her stepsons, JJ Schacht and Reed Schacht; her brothers, Carson Battershell (Tiffany) and John Sweat; and her father Gary Sweat. She is also survived by niece and nephews, along with extended family and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Tribute & Tallent Funerals & Cremations (1937 N Sharon Amity Rd, Charlotte, NC 28205).
