He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Waggoner and Lola Waggoner (Hill); his siblings, Loretta Foust, Darrell Waggoner and Wayne Waggoner; his son Craig Waggoner; his grandson Codey Wayne Waggoner; and his siblings-in-law, Gary, Shirley Zellers, Gene and Martha Zellers.
He is survived by: his wife Kaye Zellers; his children, Brenda Cowdrey (Dave) and Mark Waggoner (Melissa); his daughter-in-law LaDonna Waggoner; his grandchildren, Jonathan Waggoner, Kaylie Walls (Zak), Jayce Waggoner, Whitney Welch (Eric), Brooke Midgett (Jacob) and Mack Waggoner (Leah); his stepgrandchildren, Megan O'Neal (Mike) and Matthew Babyak (Callie); his great grandchildren, Khloe, Kynlie, Evelyn Walls, Bentley, Cayden Waggoner, Ronan, Sawyer, Tegan Midgett, Jocelyn, Aiden, Kaysen Welch, Adalyn and Rhett Waggoner; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Rhianna Moss, Ella and Silas Babyak; his sister Karen Waggoner; and his sisters-in-law, Faye Stanfield, Reta Waggoner, Jackie Waggoner and Peggy Waggoner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
