He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray F. Wiseman and Glyn Wiseman (Berry); his sister Marcia Brock of Palestine, IL; and his brother-in-law Joseph W. Wesner. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Ray Wiseman (Amanda) of St. Joseph, IL and Carol Marie Kanelos (Paul) of Bethany, IL; his grandchildren, Nathan J. Scott (Chloe) of Champaign, IL, Emily Marie Scott of Chicago and Sarah Elizabeth Wiseman of St. Joseph; his brothers, Gary A. Wiseman (Betty) of Savoy, IL and David B. Wiseman (Sandy) of Carmel, IN; his siblings-in-law, Nancy Wesner of Cabot, AR and Earl M. Wesner (Julie) of Schaumburg, IL; and his stepsister Pat Schofield of Newton, IL..
