With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark L. Preston of Robinson, Illinois, who passed away on November 11, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond G. Preston and Dorothy M. Preston (Carithers); his siblings, Karen Mathes and Wayne Preston; his daughter Katrina Hulfachor; and his former wife Pam Preston.
He is survived by: his wife Kytrina; his sisters, Donna Painter (Doug) and Darla Windes (Rob); his children, Amber Pettigrew (Wes), Kris Rice (Derek) and Andy Preston; his grandchildren, Taylor Preston, Logan Pettigrew, Riley Pettigrew (Kelsie), Kaycee Williamson (Cory), Keirsten Bates, Andrew Preston, Brad Hulfachor and Wesley Hulfachor; his great grandchildren, Ellie Pettigrew, Isaac Pico, Imrie Pico, Brody Williamson, Kori Hulfachor, Ryder Hulfachor and Jayden Hulfachor; and his pets, Autumn and Chocolate. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Goodwine Funeral Home (303 E Main St, Robinson, IL 62454). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Heritage Shelter Care in Hutsonville, IL, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
