He is survived by: his girlfriend Paula Wilson; his children, Phillip "Shane" Smith, Julie Ramirez (Jorge), Bradley Smith and Tiffany Wagner; and his grandchildren, Renee John, Anthony Ayo, Alex Webb, ShayLynn Creighten, Wendy West, Nadia Ramirez, José Ramirez, Carlos Ramirez, Ally Smith, Corinne Smith, DayLynn Gibson, Laedun Stitt, Kayzli Coughlin, Lennon Coughlin and Hendrix Coughlin. He is also survived by his nine great-grandchildren.
