He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph F. Osborn and Fay Osborn (Osborn); his wife Susan C. (Langley); and his brother-in-law Steven Colliflower. He is survived by: his son Ralph Anthony "Tony"; his daughter-in-law Laura Osborn of Robinson, IL; his daughters, Stephanie (Scott Blankenbeker) and Misty Marie Osborn (Dino Carter); his grandchildren, Lacey (Eric Volk), Jessica (Austin Henry), Cole (Katelyn Blankenbeker), Mykaela Patterson of Palestine, IL, Anthony Dunham of Robinson, IL, R. Bailey Osborn (Monica Nunez), Dominick Dunham, Savannah Fitts of Palestine, IL and Mykenna Osborn (Annalyn Osborn) of Robinson, IL; his great grandchildren, Aleighea, Hadlee, Kyeslynn, Sheltyn, Cameryn and Koga; and his sister Linda Colliflower of Virden, IL..
