He is survived by: his wife Paula Jane Worman (Bryan); his children, Bryan Worman (Misti) of Brownsburg, IN. and Ellen Slaughter (Michael); his brother Leroy Worman (Olive); his grandchildren, Sydney Mason (Jake) of Robinson, IL, Cade Slaughter of Robinson, IL, Elizabeth Worman of Brownsburg, IN, Alyssa Moore of Brownsburg, IN and Ashli Bishop (Jacob) of Georgetown, KY; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Hank, Max, Charlotte, Noah and Nash.
