She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Stormi Dunlap; her parents, James Hays and Ruth "Susie" Hays (Scott); her brother Roscoe Leonard; and her sister-in-law Tanya Hayes.

She is survived by: her daughter Anna; her son-in-law Jedidiah Dunlap of Robinson, IL; her stepgranddaughters, Kristina, Angel and Lillian; her brothers, James (Dena Hayes), Randy Hayes of Robinson, IL and Gregory (Jennifer Hayes); her close friends, Linda Stewart, Sheila Wakefield and Brenda Mann; and her niece Frances Woosley. She is also survived by friends and extended family.

In honor of this devoted animal lover, memorial contributions may be made to the "Crawford County Humane Society", with envelopes available at the funeral home.
