He was predeceased by: his father Dale Callaway. He is survived by: his mother Louise Callaway (Watson); his children, Rikki Callaway, Brittney Callaway, Kurtis Strohm and Jordan Callaway; his grandchildren, Layne Haddix, Will Callaway, Avah Callaway, Noah Callaway and Klaira Strohm; and his siblings, Tonja Sheets, Bret, Sarah Callaway, Bruce and Tina Callaway. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to either the "Riley Hospital for Children" or the "Toys for Tots" program.
