She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Padgett and Kathaleen Padgett (Sligar); her husband Richard "Dick" Bollinger; her daughter Rebecca Bollinger; and her brother Johnnie Elmore Padgett.
She is survived by: her daughter Carla Bollinger of Tell City, IN; her granddaughter Rebecca (Eric Martin); and her great grandchildren, Camren and Sawyer.
