He was predeceased by: his parents, B. Kenneth Eyster and Ethel Eyster (Rippentrop); his siblings, Maxine Fegers (Tom) and Marvin Eyster (Joanne); his nephew T. G. Fegers; and his niece Teena Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Kay Nachtigall of Rochelle; his sons, Tim Eyster (Carol) of Vassar, MI, Scott Eyster (Julie) of Rochelle, Kris Eyster (Janet) of Rochelle and Ben Eyster (Alyssa) of Chana, IL; his sister Shirley Garnett of Florida; his grandchildren, Nicholas Eyster, Katherine Burrows, Brian Eyster, Aaron, Nathan Eyster, Keith, Kevin, Kelsi, Kyle Eyster, Michael, Matthew and Andrew Eyster; and his great grandchildren, Grady, Gavin and Maddox.
Memorials may be made in Archie's memory to St. Paul Lutheran Church or St. Paul Lutheran School.
