We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2024, at the age of 87, Barbara Byrd of Rochelle, Illinois, born in Sycamore, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Maurice Kempton and Violet Kempton (Welch); and her husband Hershel D. "Jack" Byrd. She is survived by : her godsons, Elisha Byrd (Anita) and William Byrd; and her siblings-in-law, Marsha, Dean and Ernie (Stacy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
